New Guest Annoucements!

MomoCon is happy to bring you the first of many new guest announcements for the 2014 convention!

Troy Baker

We are very excited to announce that Troy Baker will be coming to MomoCon 2014! Troy is most recently known for voicing the lead roles in both Last of Us (Joel) and Bioshock Infinite (Booker DeWitt), and is lead in the upcoming InFAMOUS: Second Son. Troy is perhaps one of the most prolific video game voice actors today, but got his start voicing for various anime series where he has played Abel Nightroad from Trinity Blood,  November 11 from Darker Than Black, Excalibur fromSoul Eater, and Kanji Tatsumi from Persona 4 among others.

Sifu Kisu and Sifu Manny

Sifu Kisu is the creative consultant responsible for the martial arts we see in Avatar The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. Sifu Manny is the consultant responsible for the style of earth bending as demonstrated by the character Toph from Avatar The Last Airbender. Both Sifu Kisu and Sifu Manny were at MomoCon 2013 and have been one of the most requested guests to return. We are excited that they will once again be at MomoCon, and instructing us all on how to properly bend with their workshop classes!

Mike Reiss

There are few truly funny people in this world, and Mike Reiss is one of them. And we are proud to welcome back Mike Reiss as a guest for MomoCon 2014! One of the founding writers on The Simpsons, Mike has gone on to create the animated series The Critic as well as write the screenplays for Horton Hears a Who!, Ice Age: Dawn of the DinosaursThe Simpson’s Movie, and was a consultant The Lorax. We know you will enjoy Mike Reiss’ panels as much as we do!

The Nostalgia Critic

we are happy to announce that Doug Walker, from (perhaps best known as The Nostalgia Critic), will be at MomoCon 2014! Doug’s online videos average over 100,000 views a week, and he has been a frequent guest request for MomoCon for several years. We have heard that he is even funnier in real life, and are looking forward to what is sure to be some epic panels!

Lindze, Riddle, and Manda Bear

Here in Atlanta we are the lucky to have some very talented cosplayers, and we are excited to announce the return of Lindze A’la ModeRiddle’s Messy Wardrobe, and Manda Bear. If you have any questions about cosplay, then you must check out their panels at MomoCon 2014!
