Hugo voter’s packet up and running

After some technical difficulties, Chicon 7 has made the Hugo Voter’s Packet available here. The packet is available to anyone who joins Worldcon at any membership level including Supporting before the Hugo voting deadline.
The contents, by category:
- Best Novel: All nominees
- Best Novella: All nominees
- Best Novelette: All nominees
- Best Short Story: All nominees
- Best Related Work: All nominees except Writing Excuses, which is already available online
- Best Graphic Story: All nominees
- Best Dramatic Presentation, Long Form: None
- Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form: None
- Best Semiprozine: One issue of each nominee
- Best Fanzine: One issue of each print nominee, and a sampling of posts from SF Signal
- Best Fancast: None, but all are available free online
- Best Editor, Long Form: List of 2011 works edited by each nominee
- Best Editor, Short Form: One 2011 collection edited by each nominee
- Best Professional Artist: Samples of 2011 work by each nominee
- Best Fan Artist: Samples of 2011 work by each nominee
- Best Fan Writer: Samples of 2011 work by each nominee
- John W. Campbell Awards: Novels by Stina Leicht and Karen Lord; assorted short fiction by the other nominees
Not only is this the biggest Hugo packet yet in number of works, this also has most of them available in multiple formats. E-book fans will be pleased to learn that a lot of the professional works include .epub and/or .mobi files. For the ones that aren’t, Chicon has noted that they are limited to the formats publishers are willing to make available.
The downside of this bounty is that it will take a significant time to download. The packet is broken up into chunks by category, you cannot download them in parallel, and unfortunately there is no simple “download all” option. (Future Worldcons: here’s your opportunity to make a good thing even better.)

It’s not a perfect solution, but you can open the links in new tabs. It still only downloads one at a time (and I don’t think past years were like this, were they) . . . but this way, you can queue up all the downloads and then do something else. No need to go back to the page periodically to click a new link.
